The advanced food composition sensor is now available for ODM or OEM customers' evaluation. The sensor integrates a hyperspectral sensor for measuring a wide variety of ingredients. Its unique light source penetrates thick skin fruit such as avocado, and is capable of measuring the dry matter percentage of avocado.
